I have tried this diet solution for myself after having gone through a variety of 3 day diets. 3 day diets are great for people who need to lose weight for a specific occasion or date and this is why I am allocating so much time and effort to cover the subject of 3 day diets.

Like I said above it is true 3 diet days are sometimes too extreme and in some cases not even healthy. If you have tried out such an extreme diet yourself you probably came to the same conclusion. Nevertheless sometimes it is neccessary and you have to make the call yourself.
